I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. In session, I use an eclectic therapeutic approach, meaning I find value in multiple counseling theories to offer you a unique and individualized therapeutic experience that best meets your needs. I am client-centered and meet you where you are- I aim to create a collaborative atmosphere where we can work together to achieve wellness.
My clinical interests include life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, queerness, and identity exploration. I have a particular passion for working with therapists and other helping professionals who crave a deeper understanding of their own internal processes.
Whether you are looking to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, identify patterns that aren’t working for you, work through relationships, or challenge your internalized beliefs, I will work with you at a comfortable, personalized pace to help you set and meet your goals. I look forward to getting to know you as we take this journey together!
